If u re DE applicant, click on DE, u wil see all d buttons specially for DE, click on DE pre-register, fill d form, from dere, u wil generate invoice to pay, if dat is successful, I mean payment, u wil proceed to DE registration. Anyway, I cannot explain further cos I neva go beyond payment.

yes I am. I went tru DE only after which I went to Pre-registration. After filling dat I submitted by I was Nt taken to d nxt page coz it fail to submit. MA question is, am I to make payment 1st or go tru dat pre-registration process. coz I'm aving issues with the submission of pre-registration process.
