Well I have an .sis Tv App that works with gprs. but not tested this, i will post next time i get online.

If u are serious, then think about this,
1. Get Tv components from scrab Chinese Tv enabled phones panel (pcb),

3. The biggest problem is to connect Tv componenents to your modded n72 pcb, u have to identify points for hardware addition,

2. Get any app (jar or sis) that can be installed on phone,this will run with ur added Tv components like on chinese fones

Try to Reason these Clues first, tell me if it is possible,
