Reports at the ongoing UN general assembly holding in th United States Of America indicate that the office of the permanent secretary to he United Nations has sabotaged and embarrassed the president,his entourage and the entire country in general. Mrs Joy ogwu who has held this exhorted position right from the second republic and has not made any mistake involving a high profile dignataries such like this in the past one decade.

However,one keeps wonderdering what would have necessitated the office of the permanent secretary to the United Nations to have deliberately or undeliberately unschedulled several missed opportunities.

According to Sahara Reporters,'Nigeria’s notorious Permanent Mission to the United Nations,led by Ambassador Joy Ogwu, has reportedly mismanaged President Buhari’s official schedule resulting in several missed opportunities and embarrassing moments for the President and his official delegation.'The question is that was she being used by the opposition in anyway to sabotage this process of a high profile thereby tagging the president as being undeplomatic.

Blames however should not totally be put on the president's inability to appoint his cabinet since he was inugurated in May.Looking from all reactions and counter-reactions emanating from this mission's inexplicably messing up of the itinerary of President Muhammadu Buhari at the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York on Friday,one would clearly say that there is a hidden agenda behind this action from the Professor.

Pending the appointment of a substansive minister for the ministry of Foreign Affairs,the permanent secretary in the ministry should have made adequate arrangement alongside with Prof.Joy Ogwu's office in New york to making sure events are carried out as planned in the programs of the assembly.
