Note: do documentation in your redeployed state. Have a new state code and all before you go there.

Please I applied for change of PPA, my old ppa letter disappeared from my dashboard but there's no new one there yet, it's been over a week and it's still blank, what does that mean? Should I keep waiting or go back to my LGI to complain? Someone please respond

Hope you have done documentation in your new state? Make sure the accredited hospital is closer to your residence. Make you nor go dey waste transport money.

I misplaced my PPA letter after given to me on camp, due to the processing in relocation which hasn't been granted , now I want to get the ppa letter back but it's blank on the dashboard and unable to download on the section that indicates PPA letter. please I lost my NYSC certificate was stolen with some of other items during a robbery incident. And I failed to make a backup copy. but I was able to retrieve an old call-up and posting letter. can I use the information there to view my certificate online? or probably get another one?

The template for writing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) leave letter to travel home after orientation course in camp.

For one reason or the other, a corps member may wish to travel back home after orientation course in camp; that is where writing NYSC leave letter comes in.

If you must travel, any time after your orientation course in NYSC camp, then you must write a leave letter;

To the NYSC State Coordinate

Through:
Zonal Inspector

Through:
Local Govt Inspector

Through:
Head Officer/employer in your Place of Primary Assignment(PPA.

So, these relevant offices must approve your leave letter before you embark on the jurney to your home.
