The death of Kelly Mayhew, a woman who died after getting an ‘illegal fake bum implant ‘ in a basement flat hundreds of miles from home has been ruled as a homicide, authorities have ruled.
Kelly who travelled from Maryland to Rockaway in Queens, New York to have an operation to enlarge her buttocks had a botched surgery which took her life.

The surgery was performed by a plastic surgeon operating without a licence, and Mayhew, who was employed by the entertainment company, BET, died during the procedure.
