Happy Independence celebration to you all!!!! May we all continue to prosper and may Nigeria become a better country - Amen The President has confirmed that he has sent a list of ministers to the Senate. The list has not been made public yet but some names have been floating around. According to the constitution, a minister must be appointed from at least each state of the Federation so can anybody guess the names on the list, state by state? Don't worry I don't think anybody will be arrested for playing a harmless guessing game on the Internet.
