Nigeria Attaining New Prospects For Sustainable Development by GovDickson2016: 9:37am On Oct 01, 2015
Hon. Omuso Abbey has hailed the inborn survival spirit of my fellow Nigerians, showered encomiums on them for protecting our nascent democracy at the polls early this year. He noted that Nigerians have every reason to celebrate, having lived through over 16 years of uninterrupted democratic rule.

"This is a time for deep reflection and we must express gratitude to God for keeping us together as a people. At this point, we have begun a process which shall see us rise in the years ahead."

"It has been a tortuous journey but just as gold is passed through fire to reveal its quality even so as a nation this journey has been necessary for advancement."

"As a people, we must continue to contribute to nation building and remain committed to this entity "Nigeria" for it is by so-doing, that our plans today for the betterment of tomorrow are sustained."

"We encourage the National Union of Bonny Students, Bonny Youth Federation, Bonny Chiefs Council, Security agencies, Private sector, various institutions and our people to keep the hope alive. We must continue to be peace-loving and be one another's keeper."

"Surely, Nigeria is on the march again and we must all lend our support”.

Hon. Omuso G. Abbey.
