Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by temi4rea(f): 9:28am On Apr 21, 2009 |

Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by temi4rea(f): 10:02am On Apr 21, 2009 |
Have u seen Olu perform on stage, His good, he carries his audience along which some artist in nigeria finds it hard to do. So to some extent Mr Olu is good. |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by rapjunkie(m): 10:04am On Apr 21, 2009 |
@all the anti olu maintain posters Olu maintain has produced many hits in naija. Are u guys saying that the majority of the naija population who actually buy music are also wack? |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by MrCrackles(m): 10:22am On Apr 21, 2009 |
rapjunkie: That is not the point here dude! Many hits? Name a dozen please? Olu Maintain is a sack of rotten onions, point blank! he should pack it in! |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by dejiariyo: 11:03am On Apr 21, 2009 |
i dont know ur definition of wackness, this guy is not a rapper,he is just entertaining just like dbanj. what is the difference btw dbanj and olu maintain, nothing as far as i am concerned just that dbanj has a solid crew behind him has anyone seen this guy on stage?, i really love his energy and u will surely forget about his wack lyrics but he got swagger and most importantly carry his audience along with the song ask collin powell. but i think his other half tolu maintain shud go back cos i know olu is struggling without him, they both had great hit together e.g catch cold, live in india,i am looking for a wifey, ibo lawa gbelo, allo allo, mosquito and bomb blast, i still jam those classics on my ipod |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by Nobody: 11:08am On Apr 21, 2009 |
Olu will keep making wack music and getting seriously paid for it. If the mumu wack mc can sing about making and spending money from 419 deals while the president of nigeria dances on a live telecast, then, nigerians surely deserve what they get. Yesterday; yahoozie, today; arab money, tomorrow; haliburton bribe money. Its a shame people actually buy his records. |

@Deji i think u were makin some points
@activeman i blv u didnt mean wat u said Its true Olu is wack but not totally wack, and again he's just like kelly hansome nd partly dbanj |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by SOJ(m): 11:58am On Apr 22, 2009 |
ActiveMan: R u saying di cos u r as well? @ poster Olu isnt so much of an artiste as he is an entertainer;he is a versatile partygoer and clubhopper.Well, Yahoozee might have rocked Naija, UK and US but his other sounds dont qualify as hits yet. Even his new 'Tomato' makes little sense;his trial at reinventing his old 'toyin tomato' jam doesnt appear to be sounding right. Overall, he can be rated 3 on a scale of 1-10. If u think that is wack, well,,,,,lol |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by badman(m): 2:52pm On Apr 22, 2009 |
wackest? thats just an exagerration, at least he has one hit to his credit, some artist dont even have any Olu doesnt even belong to the wack set, he is just an average artist |
Re: The Wackest Nigerian Artist Is Mr Olu by bilms(m): 5:38pm On Apr 22, 2009 |
olu is wack. he has a hit track, that hit track make him a super star, yes. but after that hit track, he produce other tracks, but all are nonsense, he has the fame to sell more, if he produce reasonable song. if he no he dont have any better song again, he should bring some upcoming artist that are good close and get better song that will sound good |
