Finally,its underway with the plan presentation two weeks ago.But i am concerned cos this is not the first time promises have been made and broken in this country.Is this not another hose to siphon taxpayers money?True,Amaechi has signed it into law but who says our legislators tomorrow,cant review it.We all know stupid things happen in this country.The plan is for 50yrs.Most of us might be dead and gone by then.Will our kids continue?Lets hope esp when it looks like non maintenance is hereditary.God help us!
