Engage your husband's help.
Or a paid help.
You can't do all alone.

Except you are a super woman, you need assistance, get a house help or relative to assist you at home.

You should take help from your family members or hire a maid to assist you. We are were also the family of 6 including my mom but as she was getting older and I could not take proper care of her due to my busy schedule, I and my husband got her a good care at senior housing in essex county NJ. Over there, she feels independent as well as in good care.
