i and four other friends hav lost over 1million naira through cloned ATM cards at oceanic bank. the bank has decided that the money won't be refunded to us ,that we compromised the details of our a/c to the fraudsters,so they won't be held liable.pls we need someone to advise us because we believe their reason for refusing to refund this money is not true.
