Its better to scrutinise prospects before joining. Not all offers are worth the hussle. While in school, my lecturer told us that ur work and career is a major part of ur life, it becomes part of u because u spend most hours at work. U then become frustrated when u dont get job satisfaction and that reflects on ur personal life.
