Government institutions do these acts of public extortion the most. There is already a site where you can register for their jobs, but they make you buy scratch cards and pay for forms to access it. Even institutions of higher learning are not left out. Scratch cards for jamb, waec, neco just name it. The list is endless.
Can anyone tell me why Nigerians have to pay for all these? Does it mean you can't apply for jobs when you don't have money?
