Unfortunately power clean has stopped is a problem I suffered with not until I was able to find out how to bypass and have the problem fixed. Through a series of trials and errors, finally I did it. The solution is very simple since you only have to use button 4. Even without hard resetting or even formatting, # does work for you and solved your problem. You can try it and see if it works.
