they are always inconsistent,if they keep postponing Nigerians will keep postponing,I understand they want people to have more time,but its just our norm in Nigeria to be complacent until the dying minutes,if they like postpone till january ,some people won't still do it.They should set a date and stand their grounds. *covers head* make una no throw bottle o,I just dey talk my own o ,make una no yab me o,eehn.
