The world has come to rely on indian for handling most of their customer care issues.
In US or UK most firms handling communication,product sale,maintains etc have found that its cheaper for them to outsource their customer care issues to indian customer care firms based in indian.Where staff are trained to answer calls like they are just next door to you.
This is done mostly via voip 'voice over ip'.
Of which Only mtn has started using such technology in Nigeria.
What i wonder is,if indian could handle such situations effectivily,what are we doing in Nigeria.
