Why on earth should Mr. Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi's name be on that list even when he has financial corruption crime hanging on his neck. Is this how PMB wants to fight kwaraption(corruption)? 1 Like |

These senators are just bunch of lazy bones who is milking the nation dry in the name of legislating what have they been doing all these while? Absolutely nothing! Now, there is job to do, they are postponing when some people with better qualification are looking for job to do just to survive I think we need a radical, fearless coup plotter in Nigeria. Just like Jerry Rawlings of Ghana. These people are stronger than the nation and they are in control, the feel complacent because it doesn't concern them in any way 1 Like |

Saraki will find a way of not concluding all the screening until he knows the outcome of his court matter this month,so that if he reasoned that PMB and others will frustrate him in the court,he too will mess them up through the list. That list can only successfully go through when Saraki is hundred percent sure that him,PMB and others have reached a close door agreement that his court case will be manipulated and he set free and continue as Senate President. |

Those of you shocked to see Audu Ogbeh who served as a minister in 1979 still on the so called change ministerial list that was just released plus other 'Ex-pdp recycled politicians' should keep calm because more shocking changes are on the way. What were you thinking when you saw a 70 year old retired general as the symbol of change you seek in your nation? Is it that Nigeria is so deprived of young and vibrant brains that are ready to sacrifice everything to see that this country is set free from the hypocritical and greedy bunch of leaders that have controlled the affairs of the nation since it's inception or what? Until we tell ourselves the truth and turn from or hypocritical, tribalistic, spiteful and evil ways, Nigeria is not gonna be smiling for a long time to come as we are heading in the wrong direction, because we as a nation have chosen to give ourselves over to reprobate minds. My joy is that God is still on his throne no matter what. |

Kulas: The constitution says after 21 working days of submission of the name, if the senate does not conclude its confirmation, it means all the names have been automatically approved. 21 working days expire on the 30th of October because the Senate president acknowledge getting the list on the 30th of september, 2015. Saraki case hearing is 21, 22 and 23 October, 2015. The Judgement will likely happen after 30th of October. Find Below section IV of 1999 Constitution 147. (1) There shall be such offices of Ministers of the Government of the Federation as may be established by the President. (2) Any appointment to the office of Minister of the Government of the Federation shall, if the nomination of any person to such office is confirmed by the Senate, be made by the President. (3) Any appointment under subsection (2) of this section by the President shall be in conformity with the provisions of section 14(3) of this Constitution:- provided that in giving effect to the provisions aforesaid the President shall appoint at least one Minister from each State, who shall be an indigene of such State. (4) Where a member of the National Assembly or of a House of Assembly is appointed as Minister of the Government of the Federation, he shall be deemed to have resigned his membership of the National Assembly or of the House of Assembly on his taking the oath of office as Minister. (5) No person shall be appointed as a Minister of the Government of the Federation unless he is qualified for election as a member of the House of Representatives. (6) An appointment to any of the offices aforesaid shall be deemed to have been made where no return has been received from the Senate within twenty-one working days of the receipt of nomination by the Senate. 1 Like |

2rutalk1:even Obama is a classic gangster/cultist... In that list, some people are there to develop the country, while some are also there to play the politics. Its balanced. moreover, do you think DIEZANI would have been able to steal a pen under Buhari? |

I shudder to think if #TheList of Ministerial nominees are the long awaited 'Saints'. Then I must be Saint Augustine of Hippo who coined my favourite phrase "Give me Chastity, Give me Constancy but do not give it yet". #ChangeIndeed |

mars123: I am sorry for your future and that of your children...So you mean a man that openly claim that they steal because the public dont stone them (Ameachi) and a man that built a blog site for 78 million naira (fashola) plus a man that deliver lie after lie as if that is what he was born to do (lai muhammed) is now your hero and you see nothing wrong with their inclusion in the ministerial list. It is now I believe all APC supporters are under a very strong spell that is contiegeous and can be transferred to their children if not delivered. Birds of the same feathers flock together...Buhari should shut up and stop deceiving himself and his dumb APC supporters that he is fighting corruption...he is just as Corrupt as the rest of them. Show me your friend and I will tell who you are. Idiots. Mark my word on this day 6th Oct, 2015. It's either Buhari is impeached before the end of his tenure or the public will stone him. One thing I know for sure is that that old man called Buhari will be disgraced out of office. |
