We render service for any location in Nigeria and if we have the full package of the drawing we can negotiate with client and process the approval. the attached photo is a project we are working on right now to be built at OLD LAGOS ROAD Ibadan OYO STATR

Project: BLOCK OF SIX FLATS OF TWO BEDROOM
Client: LILY CLINIC
Location: WARRI DELTA STATE
Purpose: To serve as residence for some staff of the clinic.
Status: PROPOSED

We express our intention to offer FREE service of 'plan' design to small CHRISTIAN ministries with following conditions:
1. The beneficiary must be registered christian ministry
2. It must be small and upcoming ministry.
3. The project must not be more than a ground floor building on maximum of 2 plots.
4. The drawings shall be in soft copy and forwarded to the beneficiary to print out himself.
6. Incase of need for Site Inspection If the distance is outside Owerri or Abuja, transport shall be provided by the beneficiary for our team of engineers.

A block of 4 units of three bedroom flats.
EXTERNAL DIMENSION 9750mm x 26450mm
All rooms ensuite and cross ventilated. Dining and lounge cross ventilated. There is kitchen/store and also visitor's toilet. Designed for a plot of land.
