Job Title: Senior Human Resource Manager

Purpose of Post: To lead, develop and motivate an effective, proactive and professional HR team that will deliver the HR business plan and achieve its objectives.

Profile Summary: Seven (7) years experience, a degree education and experience of working within multinational / blue chip firms. Proven experience in managing small HR teams and delivering against strategic goals. Experience of Employee Relations, performance management, training & development and recruitment.
