Jose Mourinho has had an amazing career all across Europe but the rut Chelsea are in at the moment threatens to ruin his reputation. He has to recover from this blow before he is dismissed from his job. Let us take a look at few players who have been playing badly and who need to be moved out so that younger players get a chance at Chelsea

1. Branislav Ivanovic

The Serbian epitomizes Chelsea’s downfall, ever since he started struggling as a right back, Chelsea too have been struggling. But Jose refuses to drop him for some strange reason even as Baba Rahman is sitting on the bench.

2. Radamel Falcao

The Colombian striker managed to get another lucrative loan contract after a dismal showing at Manchester United thanks to his agent and his connections. But his performances show that he should be nowhere near the first team.

3. Cesc Fabregas

The Spaniard has dramatically lost his form from the beginning of last season when he laying on assists every 10 minutes. Chelsea fans will hope that he can recover his form as soon as possible as he is one creative player who will set the pitch on fire when on form.

4. John Terry

Last but not the least, the Chelsea captain has already been dropped by Jose Mourinho only to be recalled for the Southampton game where Chelsea conceded three at home. Whether it is a temporary dip in form or whether age has finally caught up with Terry only time can tell us. But as of now, Kurt Zouma is a much better choice to play the role.

- Mikel should go to because he is just occupying space and contributing NOTHING.

- Fabregas is a USELESS DEFENSIVE player. The problem with playing a Fabregas-Matic midfield is that both are too attack minded leaving the team open to counter-attacks and silly defensive mistakes. A Fabregas-Mikel midfield is useless because Mikel is too slow and lacks the confidence to play at that high level week in week out.

-John Terry should Stay.

- Matic should go.

-Mourinho needs to invest in some good African talents for his defensive Midfield and right back. Victor Wayama to replace Mikel and Matic is something that Chelsea should be thinking of doing in the next buying period of January. The guy is a strong African with ball sense that puts Matic to shame and makes Mikel look like a one legged pregnant woman with diabetes.

- Also Mou should get Benteke to pair with Costa and of course get rid of that useless overrated Falcao. I warned that Falcao would be a disaster and it has happened as I predicted.

-Pedro should STAY. Solanke should be sent on loan (since he refused to sign up for Nigeria, I will not support him fully at Chelsea).

Mou should make these changes and see how his team will be transformed back to its winning ways.

BTW: FTC - God punish Satan. Introvert where art thou?
