Spotted one in ikoyi yesterday as well but couldn't help but to think about the rationale. Just could be a suitable and a bit safer option in navigating through city traffic in discharging their duties. Some sense in it though, at least they can areest with it and those stories of no petrol in the van will be reduced. We all know NPF and poor maintenance culture, at least with keke that will also help as it is easier to maintain. |
