This is to let the general public know that ogbonnaya onu is not from Abia state. Although he was one time governor of Abia but Ebonyi state was not created by then. Ebonyi state was part of Abia back then, fast forward to 1996 when Ebonyi was created, he then became fully Ebonyian. He is from ohazara in Ebonyi state to be precise.
