Immediately you noticed you made the mistake stop and explain to the rider and even show her. He/she will naturally want to ask the way forward, but if it's those yeye ones stop them there and insist they pay you and request for another one then forward a report immediately.

you ended the at Osborne by mistake abi. The next thing for you to do was to park at the nearest bus stop to let know she has to request again or pay an extra 1000 to the 2500 b4 u proceed to lekki since the toll fee and the distance to b cover are yet to be calculated

Story 1
During one of our installs, the client shared with us how Mr Ayo (not his real name) borrowed his brothers car, and waylaid in the night somewhere in Lagos. Unknown to the thieves, the car had a tracker in it. That same night they tracked the vehicle to a military baracks (apparenntly the thieves had accomplices with military connections). Had a similar experience sometime ago, dude was cool and paid me correct fare after explanation and manual calculatn. seriously i dnt kw why some ladies are not understanding. 1k too small o to collect as par additional fare frm Osborne to Idado, toll inclusive. Next tym pull over, explain and if its nt working as expected, end trip. All ur trips mustnt be 5star.
