I stumbled upon the book of Ecclesiastics and read through using the Message version (it is so real, giving it to you straight up)

The book summed all of life's cares, worries, work and all as smoke. The rich, wise, poor, foolish will end up in the same place like we were all the same. So, if all we are really hustling for is in this world, then just relax and make the most of your present situation. Do your best to prepare for what you need tomorrow (if its within your means, just do it)

This is my summary of the book of Ecclesiastics, its a summary of life and how we should not put so much into it. It can easily be taken the wrong way but just read through and see what I mean.

1. Pray always
Not necessarily to ask or to complain or to even say thank you but really its about talking to God. Say what is on your mind

2. Read the bible
There is no routine to this, just take a chapter or verse and read something new everyday. Devotionals help.

3. Keep your heart with all diligence
Watch what goes through your mind; resentment, hate, complains, lust, immoral thoughts, anger stay away from these.

4. Have a partner/a friend/ a buddy/ your personal person/ the Christina to your Meredith
It is better than going alone. Share the work, the fears, dumb moments; Share the wealth, the joy, the words of wisdom, the encouragement
