Anytime I try to download from havotek it keeps telling me
403. That’s an error.

They have for all MTK devices.
That's what they specialise in.
If I recall correctly you have to make an account first then request to download the ROMs of your choice.

You just have to post a thread and request to download a ROM.
You need to post your gmail address, that's how you'll be able to download.
