Vanguard reported that some Armed robbers Tuesday morning stormed FESTAC Town in military uniforms and are raiding banks on 4th avenue in the area. Vanguard also gathered that the robbers who came via the canal and are heavily armed are in Diamond and Access banks. Why is it that their major target is Banks..
