Fryo in a bid to open a flashy supermarket in the city rented a warehouse at no. 2, Agboola Street, ogba belonging to Alhaji Kudi which he (Fryo) intended to partition and use as supermarket & office for 2 years at the rate of $500,000 annually. Two months into the commencement of his tenancy, the root of the warehouse was blown off by wild wind and rain demolished the wall.
