Good afternoon, doctors in the house. i kindly need your help...
I think i have sleeping problem, it's been over some years now. feel like my internal-clock is malfunctioning or something...
Whenever i sleep early(within this hours... 8-10pm) I find it very difficult and very tired waking up the next day.(it's so annoying i gotta wake up late).
But whenever i sleep late(like within 11pm-2am) i find myself waking up early and very sound.(within this hours 5-6am without alarm). This has forced me into sleeping very,very late for a long period of time now...Please my able doctors advice me on what to do...
