Gentlemen, there are better ways of passing your message across and I can tell you that the pics and price you see up there are not atypical. The idea of pasting pics is one that was mooted a few weeks ago and to date, only a few sellers have started to do so. Let's try not to discourage those that are trying.

I have had the experience many times and when I called their bluff, the property remains there for donkey years, so where are the preospective buyers then

I may be interested in the property for a client of mine but the price is not convincing. Is it okay you advice your client on the price if the brief is directly yours? I still sold a 4 unit 3 bedroom in a better condition in that same area recently for 20M and I expect a 2 unit to be less than that.
