Seriously, it depends on your choice. If you want a better screen quality, better camera quality and imagery, better CPU in real performance, thinking of selling in mere future and getting a better price.. Go for the S5 (provided it is the original and not the clone)

Samsung always brings the bad end of the deal to us and that's those ones can lag like hell.

If you are going for functionality, you should get the Phantom 5. It has a 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, quad core processor and many more. I was lucky enough to operate the Phantom 5 for a little while and I must say, it's a keeper.
