Tribunal Upholds the election of Senator Godswill Akpabio, refuses to grant the prayers of Hon. Inibehe Okorie of the APC on grounds of his inability to prove beyond reasonable doubt that they was no election in the Akwa Ibom North West Senatorial District and that Obong Godswill Akpabio was not PDP's candidate for Ikot Ekpene Senatorial District polls.

The Tribunal also slams the APC Candidate to pay some fines.
