We are in urgent need of a Customer service officer in an e-commerce firm. Qualification : OND Age: not older than 22yrs Location: OGBA, Lagos Responsibilities: Responds to customer inquires regarding orders,billing inquiries e.t.c Reviews requests, contacts customers to clarify request and ensuring all necessary information is included in an order Monitor pre-sale and after-sale emails Works closely with the warehouse to correct warehouse mistakes and vendor inventory errors Upload of products to the web store Contacts courier companies for shipping notifications and or for damaged/missing packages Key Behaviors • Good computer skill and good use of the social media ( facebook, twitter, whatsapp , BBM ) is a must. • Bright, highly motivated and driven • Passionate about Sales and customer satisfaction • Ability to solve problems quickly • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a dynamic work environment • Credible, articulate and confident How To Apply Interested applicants should send their CV and application letter to tegarc4@yahoo.com not later than one week from today. |
