However, he was a convicted theif and he jumped bail. One doesn't need rocket science to conclude that he was a criminal.

And if you put into the consideration the fact that he died in a Nigerian hospital because he was unable to travel out of the country to get medical treatment, because he is a wanted fugitive and didn't build any world class hospital during his tenure as a governor,, only proves he already received his judgement on earth. When his colleagues Anini and Abacha died everyone celebrated good riddance to bad rubbish. His case shouldn't be different.
