Hi everyone, I was just considering how telecoms service has so degenerated to the extent, the customer is being dethroned from the position of a King. I just couldn't hold on to the frustration any longer, so I thought I should bring the matter to this forum. Perhaps, you guys are having a wonderful time with your service providers; may be there are others who are as frustrated as I am, whatever it is, I think we should talk about it.
