Every truth speaking Edolite can attest to the fact that truly, light has come into Edo state. It is our prayer that this light shining now through the wind of CHANGE must not to be truncated. Hence, we ask ourselves The BIG QUESTION. Who is fit to keep the light shining come 2016 when the incumbent Governor Aliyu Oshiomhole leaves office as stipulated in our constitution?

If the Edo people are desirous and determined to fast track the development of their 56% land space in Edo State which has suffered a long history of under utilization and abandonment, if they are desirous of increasing their visibility at the center of this nation, THEN they MUST make a way to engage HIGHLY TRAINED, EXPERIENCED and COMPETENT hands, with a vast network both within and outside Nigeria to attract and influence high-yielding investors in the governance of the State. Fortunately for this generation of Edos of which I am a part, Engr. Chris Ogiemwonyi has indicated interest in providing leadership at the gubernatorial level amongst d lot of others. A vast number of informed, well meaning Edos and non Edos are excited at his intent and willingness to bring his enormous years of experience, administrative and technical capacity and competence to bear on the governance of the State.
