What can an average yorubaman like me do to help them, when their political elites in the Senate and house of Representatives won't even discuss the issue. When Nigeria ambassador to the u.n is igbo and they have not pressed her to get them support for referendum?
They could have lobbied Jonathan to allow for secession in the last national conference since he listens to them.
Could it be that they are not serious? Is it because their looting spree under Jonathan was stopped?

Have you seen the list of 20 most corrupt nigerians according to CNN. There is no Igbo man there, only yoruba and hausa/fulani.
