BREAKING: Appeal Court Delivers Judgment In Saraki Case by salterswan: 3:19pm On Oct 19, 2015
The Justices of the Court of Appeal in Abuja have adjourned indefinitely, the judgment in the trial of Senate President Bukola Saraki by the Code of Conduct Tribunal.

Saraki’s appeal was against the jurisdiction of the Code of Conduct Bureau to try him without the full composition of its judges.

Last Friday, Justices M.A.A. Adumien, J.E. Ekanem and M. Mustapha adjourned ruling in the matter till today.

Saraki’s lawyers had asked the Justices to determine that the tribunal lacked jurisdiction to try former Saraki for failure to declare his assets as provided for by the Code of Conduct law for public officers.

Lobatan! I have said it often that we don't have a competent court in Nigeria.
Falana does not need a ministerial appointment. He should use his connection with other professional lawyers to reorganize our legal system.
So that no one can be above d law and even the poor can get Justice.
If this is the only thing he can achieve, Nigeria will forever remember him for it.

Chai! And students are still studying LAW in tertiary institutions when Nigeria's Legal system is dying. Judiciary is damn weak.......Lawyers have become Liars......Judges are being penetrated here and there and they can't even give credible judgement again.
Failures everywhere......MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON THIS COUNTRY!
