I'm a still-learning software dev, and I'm interested in knowing the range of prices software developers charge for building apps. My focus is actually on Android apps, but if you have helpful information about other mobile or desktop OSes, please share.
I saw an old thread somewhat similar to y this a while back where someone said he charges based on app complexity and not on OS or cost of development tools. I think he's right, but I'd like a bit more elaboration, too.
