I bought a ticket from Travelstart in lagos and didn't use it. I asked for a refund and was told I could only get 14k out of 116k. For the past 3month now, I haven't seen any update from them. Last week I emailed them again and was told that my refund has been received that I should provide my acct number. This is complete 8 working days and still , una no want give me my change. You said you were going to credit my account today tuesday but no any update, when I booked the ticket, you guys were using calls to chase me here and there. Anyway, Mr or Mrs Travelstart in Nigeria, I tuale una. I see you from far. Carry on |
