Over 200 recruits from the just suspended immigration recruitment exercise gathered in Abuja to observe a peaceful protest to voice out their mind over what they termed ''outright injustice''. The protesters were drawn from the 36 states of the federation. The 2015 NIS recruitment exercise was suspended after the drafted recruits have completed the mandatory induction programme into the paramillitary organisation with the goverment citing little or no reason for taking the decision.
