Hi friends!

This is Brigy , am new in this forum.I also want to use this oppotunity to congratulate Amakaone and to introduce my own recipe, hope you will like it.

Ingredients: Cow or goat meat , stock fish , dry or fresh fish, onions ,peper , maggi , salt , crafish ,sea food or (isam) water , red oil , egusi , achi , bitter leave.

Follow the usual method of cooking ,this is igbo,s method .

is that pix supposed to be a soup?egusi soup?i'd suffri pass shocked

plus who said all igbos use achi to cook egusi?In my side,u use achi ONLY when u cant afford the real thing. . , its a cheap substitute for egusi and i personally dislike it. angry
