I need a wordpress whiz here,

I'm using the Wordpress theme: 4children with love by Anariel Design
http://themeforest.net/item/4-children-with-lovecharity-wp-theme/6258729


The Default Page Template has no sidebars and I would like to add a left and right sidebar with the content in the middle 25% 50% 25%.
I know the Answer is here: https://www.tastyplacement.com/add-sidebar-wordpress
But I would really appreciate if someone can sort this out.
