i expected this man to drive through any of the roads that links these states after which he wouldnt need an adviser from ministry of works to do the needful cause he wouldnt spend less than six hours on that death trap... nonsense.

Yes he got there by air. But do you know he can enter your through so many routes from Obingwa? There's Umuopara road from Itungwa,there's another road from Nennu,there's also Ntighauzo/Abala Ika route. There's Ndiakata/Onichangwa route. Nne Alangwa Ehila o.
