Sometimes things like this need to happen so that our youths who didn't experience the civil war and the multiple betrayals that came with it can learn quickly. I warned him in one of his other posts never knew some one else share my sentiment. Barcanista, Barcanista, Barcanista (how many times did I call you). U are intelligent, articulate, vocal, analytical, didactic, erudite scholar, logical etc but all these positive adjectives will come to zero if u loose your factual and forthrightness. While Igbos respect ur Ijawness and have never said Ijaws are Igbos; we dont expect u to keep denying Ijaws were not part of Biafra thereby trivializing d agitation. The Biafra agitation is a mass movement and as u can see is not driven by egoistic politicians but by conviction by a people who are convinced dat d Nigerian state as presently constituted is suppressive. Dont wedge war against d Igbos who at best are being persecuted for their greatest sin now which is supporting GEJ an Ijaw man. We still respect u but this will serve as my final salvo. After all the massive support the Igbos gave Jonathan, he payed them pack by calling PDP an IJaw party. barcanista aka tonyebarcanista has always been an Igbo hater. He only miscalculated and defected to PDP only to be shocked that his weak ijaw brother jonathan was never in control and was kicked out of office. He decided to tag along with Igbos on nl since he had lost relevance with the Yorubas. He made some very hateful comments about Igbos in the past and during the election campaigns, some APC guys dug up some his posts and used them to embarass him. Now that the Igbos have come to see him for what he truly is, he is finished on nl. Yorubas don't take him serious and Igbos have abandoned him too. May his crooked ogogoro ijaw brother still take him serious. |
