I applied for the last MOBIL advert for Engineering graduates and i have been invited for an aptitude test. I would like to know:

1. What to expect for the test, especially the skills part related to course of study (Elect/Elect Engrg for me). How can i best prepare for the test?
2. What form do the interviews take?
3. Does anyone have an idea of the salary structure?

I am based in the U.S. and the test is going to be here? Are the tests different from country to country?

Have you received confirmation of the venue. I think the invitation says venue will be confirmed. Did you just graduate and applied for the Trainee opening?

I do not have any materials. I only know the format.

The test consists of multiple choice questions covering statistics, verbal aptitude and mechanical reasoning. There is a fourth section which is a discipline/subject test (petroleum, mechanical, electrical, chemical, geology etc). You may need to read up some things u did back then in school.
