1. Water
Drinking a lot of water regularly will bring good health to the body and let the body function well. Adult should drink 4 cups of water per day. Water can be in form of tea and coffee. Water keeps bodies
temperature and removes or flush out the harmful substance or toxin that are inevitable result of metabolism in the body after some minute you will be healthier.

Water also helps the kidney, clears the skin when bathing, control of appetite and keep you energized.
Drinking ordinary water is better than drinking unhealthy beverages like juice, coca cola, Pepsi, Fanta and Soda because they contain high calories.

If you are intake of unhealthy drinks and yet you will feel like taking more of hundreds of calories, you can splash or drinking some lime or 100% of juice. Make sure you take plenty of calcium foods that contain broccoli to support your bone as you are growing older.

2. Eating Try to eat healthy breakfast in the morning before going to office not two chocolate or drinking of coffee for the morning lunch. Eating healthy breakfast like rice and stew or pap and bean cake it will bring more energy to the body. Eating throughout the day is good and compulsory. Always add vegetable and fruit to your food, because your body will feel more comfortable. Not all fats found in fruits are bad for your healthy. Fat found in Avocados, Nuts, Honey, Olive Oil, Salmon, Sardine and tuna are good for the body to look beautiful and well balanced diet.

Try to avoid late night food or snack by going to restaurant to eat because they contain unnecessary calories and disrupt your sleep. Eating snack isn’t bad for your healthy, if you do it well. Eating too much of meat can cause fat and too much calorie. Vegetable is the best way to reduce your calories intake per day. Because they contain fiber and it helps to reduce cholesterol, control your blood sugar level and improve your health. Fruit, whole grains and legumes also contain fiber.

3. Exercise
Doing of exercise every weekend will help you to reduce your weight and gain confidence in whatever you’re doing. Exercising has another benefit for your health. Having cardiovascular health will help you to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s.

It also boost your immune system too, walking from your junction to home like 30 – 50 minutes in a day, 3 days in a week you will see your changing like improve your immune system, increasing your antibody and T-killer cell response. Exercising is among the best ways to improve your health like reducing your weight, stress and sleep better at night.

4. Quit Alcoholic and Smoking
Drinking Alcoholic cause lot of damage to the healthy, don’t take unnecessary risk in smoking of cigarette it can lead to psychological problem. It can have devastating long-term consequence. Try to quit all these below for better health
