A Service Administrator is urgently needed in our company for employment. The company is situated on the Island. REQUIREMENTS Followup on all Service related issues on Service software Ensure that all pending issues are channelled to the appropriate quarters Ensure that there are no service failures Reduce to the bearest minimum all customer complain Ensure all log in request/complaint are expediated and treated urgently Follow up with engineers for updates on service related issues QUALIFICATION The candidate should possess BSC or HND Computer or Engineering or any Post graduate in management is an added advantage with 2 or 3 years experience. The candidate must be computer savvy most especially in creating and presenting power point presentations, Expert MS Office proficiency, Word, Excel, Outlook Will be required to work half day on Saturday Salary is inline with the industry Must be female within the age of 25-30 Method of Application Send application and CV to steveomoh2001@yahoo.com Application closes by 8th November, 2015 |
