between 2005 - October 31 are eligible to take
part in this competition.
* A Thread will be opened for only nomination.
This will also serve as the chat thread till the
competition ends.
* On November 1, we will open a thread for
nominations that will run for 30 days.

* On October 30, we will open another thread for
voting that will run for five days (dec1-5)

* Then, on December 10, the result of the vote will
be announced.

* Note: All voters can only nominate one candidate
for each genre.

themselves or other candidates.
