Former heads of service, former finance Ministers should be warming up for prison life. Brekete family wants EFCC to handle maina and work on the facts he has. Imagine the office of head of service to be having 77 different bank accounts.

EFCC declaring somebody who was in a public function few weeks ago - wanted - is absurdity. Anyway, Mr Lamorde is leaving this Nov as his inglorious tenure expires on the 23rd. He has killed EFCC. Buhari must bring back another Ribadu!

Maina wasn't tried he was declared wanted due to public outcry but somehow manage to slip through d borders onto thin air with the backing of GEJ . even while EFCC was fooling them self looking for him, reliable sources confirmed maina was always seen inside Aso rock dinning n winning with Jonathan .....so tell me who is fooling who?
The guy that was sentenced and fined #750k was Yusuf yakubu or something .Maina was brought in to plug d hole via which looters were stealing pension funds in d pension office but he ended up breaking the records of d other looters.

#My Opinion : Maina wasn't d only one involved in the ongoing stealing of pension funds.all successive govt and govt officials have been stealing the momey .the bulk of d money maina stole was used to prosecute Jonathan's reelection bid and have we all wondered why its so difficult to get ones pension after retirement in Nigeria

i was listening to a radio programme where the wanted man was speaking to ahmed yisa of brekete family.he narrated his ordeal while he was d chairman of d said committe on how he recoup alot of money backbto govt account and how some parastatals embezzeled pension fund disclosing dat a lot of cabal where involved.all dis recoveries from him where always on paper.he specially requested for a bullet proof car during d course of his tenure.he was shot thrice along fed secretariat.d issue of pension is beyond dis guy.a lot of cabal is involved d money is sometin else it runs into trillions.there was a time jonathan govt intends to borrow from it.i beg mae anybody wey fit manage read dis my long story but na confirm .

In a sane country Maina and the Judge should rot in jail. Our judiciary is corrupt. smh
