Maxima Media Group is a fast growing company that concentrates on Media, Branding and Marketing through the creation of concepts and contents. We are currently recruiting for the role of a Business Development Manager. The qualified candidate would be responsible for the strategic overview of the sales and marketing of Maxima Media Group with the aim of generating new business opportunities and growth which will be profitable for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

Handle business development strategy including targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions. Lead all business development initiatives, activities and meetings.

Gather potential client background information including company history, recent market, competitors, key decision makers, key decision makers and other crucial information to better understanding of the prospective clients.

Qualify all leads and scope of opportunity through the lens of the industry beliefs, while helping clients to understand our offering and the value gained by working with us.

Execution and evaluation of market, competitive analysis and market positioning of Maxima Media Group.

Strategic product planning, positioning and cost optimization calculations.

Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in the Media and Branding industry by marketing and cross selling of Maxima Media Group products and services.

Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how best to service accounts.

Demonstrate energy, enthusiasm and the drive to win new quality business for Maxima Media Group.

Deliver sales/corporate presentations to new and key corporate clients on the company’s products and services.

Educational Qualification and Skills Requirement

Minimum of a BSC/HND in Marketing or equivalent from a reputable institution.
4-5 years of working experience in the same capacity or a level lower in an advertising, Media, digital and Branding Company with proven track records.
Strategic thinking abilities

Formulation skill

Exceptional proven business development and networking skills.

Dynamic and sales focused, driven to develop the company product and services.

Excellent presentation with a professional, confident and friendly image.

Mature approach with tact and diplomacy when interacting with clients and staff.

Confident and articulate cold caller, both in person and on the telephone.
